Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed after receiving your item to request a return, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

At lorindaama.com, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Pre-Order Products

  • Most products are available on a pre-order basis, with an estimated lead time of 20–60 days.

  • Pre-order payments are non-refundable unless we cancel your order or the product is unavailable.

  • Any changes or cancellations requested by the buyer after placing a pre-order may not be accommodated.


2. Store Credit & Coupons

  • Purchases made using Early Supporter Store Credit or promotional coupons are non-refundable.

  • Store credit is redeemable only on www.lorindaama.com and is valid for 12 months from launch.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied to third-party sites.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • International shipments: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other charges in their country where we do not have a local warehouse.

  • Local delivery: Delivery from LORIN Warehouse to the buyer’s address is not included in the quotation and will be quoted separately. The buyer is responsible for any additional local delivery charges.

  • Estimated shipping times are 20–60 days from order date. Timelines may be affected by customs, logistics, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received from the warehouse.

  • To request a return, contact us within 7 – 14 days of receiving your shipment with:

    • Order number

    • Photo evidence of the issue

  • We may request additional information to process your claim.

  • Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sale@lorindaama.com and send your item to the address provided.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team with the required information.

  2. We will provide return instructions if your claim is approved.

  3. Buyer is responsible for safe return shipment unless otherwise stated.

  4. Once received and inspected, we may issue:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A refund to the original payment method (if applicable).

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Pre-order products, store credit, and promotional coupons (as detailed above).

  • Any item purchased outside of official channels.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or shipping by third-party agents.
